Who We Are
Economic Pathways Coalition is a regional intermediary dedicated to expanding equitable access to STEM and workforce pathways across the Wiregrass. We help communities create talent pipelines that strengthen local economies and give young people reasons to build their futures at home.

To expand equitable access to high-demand workforce and STEM pathways by bringing industry-aligned learning directly to rural communities.
Our Vision
A thriving Wiregrass region where young people can pursue meaningful, well-paying careers in aviation, agriculture, technology, and advanced industries without leaving home.
Our Role
EPC acts as a backbone organization, connecting high schools, employers, training partners, and civic leaders to create coordinated, high-impact workforce solutions.
We focus on:

Strengthening career readiness
Supporting school improvement metrics
Building sustainable talent pipelines
Aligning education with regional industry needs
New Name Same Mission.....
In May 2025, Creek Cultural Center began transitioning to a new name: Economic Pathways Coalition.
This name better reflects our mission to build viable career and entrepreneurial pathways to tomorrow’s rural workforce.
Our 501c(3) status and EIN have not changed. We remain the same nonprofit organization recognized by the IRS as Creek Cultural Center (EIN 99-4267737). Our name-change request is currently being processed by the IRS. During this transition, you may see our former name, especially on some government databases and past filings.
