Gabriel Dunn serves as Director of Operations and Compliance for Economic Pathways Coalition, bringing deep expertise in aviation operations, regulatory compliance, and safety-critical program management. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he combines academic training in aeronautics with hands-on experience across both civilian and military aviation environments.
Mr. Dunn is a certificated private pilot with approximately 400 total flight hours, including significant turbine rotary-wing experience. He is currently employed as a government contractor supporting U.S. Army aviation programs, where he is responsible for maintaining, auditing, and ensuring compliance of aircraft maintenance records across multiple military platforms. His work requires strict adherence to federal regulations, documentation standards, and risk-management protocols. This experience directly aligned with EPC’s commitment to safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
In addition, Mr. Dunn serves as an Assistant Manager at a Part 61 flight school, where he supports daily operations, regulatory compliance, and student pilot training. His background spans instructional coordination, operational scheduling, and oversight of FAA-regulated activities.
At EPC, Mr. Dunn oversees operational planning, compliance systems, safety management, and risk mitigation for the Mobile STEM Aviation Lab (MSAL) pilot. His leadership ensures that EPC’s programs meet the highest standards for youth safety, FAA compliance, data integrity, and institutional accountability.
